99 Trooper o2 Sensor issues
 

Hello,
I'm brand new on here. I'm having an issue with my Trooper. I had a check engine come on. It was P0154 insufficient activity in bank 2 sensor 1 o2 sensor. I'm finding that I'm getting no power to the heater in the sensor. I am stuck. I have no idea what to do next. Don't know what to look at. I've checked wiring in the pcm and theres continuity through but no juice to that sensor. Any ideas on what I should do?
