My 98 Rodeo has a major problem. My rear wiper, 4x4,cruise control, rear defogger, daytime running lights, power windows, sunroof, and intermittent wipers all failed me at the same time. Some one had suggested to me that it could be my alarm module but my power locks and alarm all work fine. My truck start like a dream even on those cold Montreal mornings and besides the list no other problems to date. This all happened last week after a car wash. I checked the fuses and they are all fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think any water got in there they just go bad, replaced the alarm control module, it will fix it. I have not seen a water leak inside the dash on that side in the dash unless the windshield has been replaced

Where is the Alarm Control Module and how do you replace it?

My '98 Rodeo is acting up. Alarm went off and I couldn't get the thing started with the key. remote wasnt' working so I disconnected battery then took out fused and replaced. Finally got the key to turn but now it won't let me shift. I am stuck in park. Any ideas out there? I can't afford to take it to the dealer.
