I have a 1991 Rodeo with 227,000 miles. With a little maintenance it still runs great and looks even better. I just finished installing a 2500 watt audio system, did it myself. Some people says it looks like a professional did the install. I have oversized tires and wheels and have kept the interior pretty clean and damage free. I have consistantly changed the oil with Castor Oil every 3000 miles and the engine does not leak or burn oil. It's runs great! Yes I have had to replace parts but only from wear and tear, nothing out of the ordinary. In fact I just recently replaced the tail pipe and muffler after 14 years of use and the mechanic commented that Isuzu used double walled pipe in the exhaust system, he seemed to be impressed. I love the vehicle and don't plan on trading it in or selling it anytime soon.
