I have a 1990 Isuzu pickup. It is a four cyl 4X4.
My brake warning light and rear antilock warning
light came on suddenly a week ago and have stayed on
since. The truck drives and brakes normally.
Is there a quick fix? Is it a bad relay or could something
be stuck somewhere? We have had a lot of snow and ice
in our area lately.
thanks,
Mark

I had a similar problem with my 1992 Rodeo 4x4, my dogs chewed through the wires going into the top of the rear axle (anti-lock speed sensor). I repaired the wires and that took care of the problem.
In a similar vein I also had a 1991 Ford Ranger with rear axle only anti-lock brakes. At 50,000 miles the catalitic converter heat shield fell off while driving causing the anti-lock sensor wires to be severed. Same repair took care of the problem.
It''s something to think about and check into.
Hope my experiences are helpful.
