Stuck, or bent/broken valve
 

I have a 2002 Isuzu rodeo 2.2l, factory everything, top end rebuild about 50k ago, (broken idler pulley). I'm getting fuel/oil thru a small crack in the exhaust manifold, also a major loss of power. Just needing some advise if it's just a stuck valve or is there a chance ones bent/broken before I do another rebuild. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
