how to remove the ignition lock cylinder: 98 hombre
 

My father recently purchased a '98 hombre from someone in town. There were several things wrong with this pickup. After replacing everything that needed to be replaced and getting her running right, My father lost the key to the ignition. We have searched everywhere and cannot find the key, therefore we need to remove the ignition lock cylinder to get a new key made. All of the videos that I have managed to find, all have the key when they remove the cylinder. Is there a way that I can remove that cylinder without the key? Hopefully without damaging the cylinder in the process.
