Upgrading brake system on a 95 Trooper LS?

I have replaced the brake pads for my 95 Trooper LS with Ceramic brake pads and flushed the system with Valvoline Synthetic brake fluid...

I have a firm pedal... But braking power is wooden, is like trying to stop on a kids bicycle...

Any recommendations to get a more powerful bite out of the brakes?
