Not passing smog
 

93 amigo
new block, carburator and still wont pass smog. It will pass just idling but once you begin to run it. It begins to run rich.
Any ideas, i even replace the new car b with a nother new carb.
Any ideas will help i just want to know why the car runs rich at idle?
