Loud buzzing noise when aircon is on

Hi when i turn on my Aircon or heater i get a loud buzzing noise after about 10 seconds of it running. Happens weather the aircon is activated or not. Any ideas of a solution?

yes ,that is the A/C compressor cluthc !!!
