I have a 1994 Isuzu Amigo. I have done 4 clutch fluid changes, and the clutch keeps loosening up after a couple of days.. Till it just doesn't work. Then I have to do another change to make it work again. I had a leak but fixed it, was missing a floater for the top of the resevoir. All this has been fixed, and it still is loosening up. What can it be? Please help!!

You will still probably need to bleed the rest of the system to ensure there are no air bubbles.

look for a check valve half way down the line it might have a bleeder valve. purge the air from the slave then the check valve.

if you are still lossing fluid then you still have a leak,look inside the vehicle where the clutch master passes through the firewall under the dash,look for signs of wettness around the clutch rod,peel back the dust boot,it should be absolutly dry,do the same for the slave clynder.if fluid is leaking out air is getting in.isuzu clutches can be a bear to bleed somtimes,you can also try bleeding at the line at the slave ,have someone pump the pedal an crack open the line as you would do a bleeder screw ,this allows more fluid to flow through the system an gives a greater place for air to escape.then finally bleed the rest using the bleeder screw.

I have a similar problem though never had a leak my master went bad and replaced both that and the slave. but the fluid line has a section that's goes up then flattens horizontally then goes down before making its way back up to the master seems like a air trap ... I have bled a few times adjusted the peddle replaced both the master and the slave again and I have never got a good peddle feel back... for me I feel I should replace the line and straighten out the riser or pressure bleed the system
