Car battery Issues
 

I am a delivery driver and this started not too long ago. As I was delivering the rodeo would not start at all after turning it off,I then noticed the battery cable to that ran for the positive terminal on the battery to the relay box came lose and completely disconnected to the metal part that connected to the battery. This would continue to happn, until one day I decided to tape that **** out of the cables to ensure they would never come free again, but this is when the battery problems started. I could leave my rodeo alone for days just going in to grab smokes or anything else I needed and the battery would be fine, but if I smoked with the door open or the ignition set to accesory the battery would die within minutes. I tested the battery with the car running and the athanor is not the cause of the problem , also, I have continuous corrosion on the negative terminal,
I hope that was enough information to get some solutions to my battery problem,
