Can anyone recommend a decent low priced tyre the size is 205/40/17?

I love BFGoodrich, but they are generally pretty high priced, my buddy has a set of cooper tires that he loves and those were pretty cheap and they work good in the winter, on my old truck i had a set of Kelly Safari SUV tire and those also performed very well.
