91 trooper starts but then stalls.
I have a 91 trooper with the 4 cylinder with 185,000. I changed the head gasket on it, got it put back together and it ran fine, but i found a coolant leak coming from a small hose under the throttle body. I removed the upper part of the intake manifold and replaced the leaking hose. I put everything back together and now it will start but stalls if I do not continually give it gas. and the tachometer stopped working. I have checked all the wire connections, vacuum hoses, and fuel lines. I don't know what else to do. Please Help.

Gasket maybe?
I’m wondering if maybe a gasket got folded or something when you reinstalled the intake manifold. It might be a big vacuum leak. Is there any way you can maybe spray some WD-40 or something around the mating surfaces as it’s running to see if that makes a difference? If it helps for just a few seconds it may be the problem.
