I just purchased a 2003 Ascender with the V-8 from a friend. He has not drove the vehicle for a couple of months. When I went to pick it up it would not start. So I hooked up jumper cables, and tried to start it. I had to let it charge for about 15 minutes. Then I tried to start it. The only thing it does is turn over. I checked to see if the coils are firing and they are. Does anyone know how to check the fuel pump? Or know of anything I should check?
