1996 rodeo transmission
 

I have a 1996 rodeo would a transmission problem all gear seem to work I can drive from 1st 2nd 3rd and drive reverse works also but I'm not getting any shifts from any gear. I change all the solenoids transmission fluid filter. No check engine light or transmission light comes on. Also no codes come up. Could this be electrical? I put up to 5 quarts of transmission fluid doesit hold more?
