Battery and Brake Light
 

I have an 02 Axiom with about 100K miles. When we have a morning when the temperature is below about 35-40 degrees, when I start the Axiom for the first time in the morning the battery and brake lights are illuminated on the dash. They stay on for about 5 minutes and go off. I have pulled on and released the parking brake and sometimes it will make both lights go off but they tend to come back on a minute later and will go off by iteself when the vehicle reaches normal operating temperature. Anyone have any suggestions of what the problem is or how to go about trouble shooting.

Every now and then when i start the truck up the abs light and brake light will stay on. I can turn the truck off and then back on and it goes away. The lights only come on when i start the truck up. They dont just come on while driving. Any ideas?
