Just bought a project car 02 axiom wont go faster than 30mph gears arnt shifting up. Reverses fine and drives smooth but won't upshift. Any ideas why? I already changed the filter and fluid. In the bottom of the pan ther was like a gray metallic sludge cleaned it and did the change but no change.
