My battery dies over night and have to charge battery back up. I have new battery and alternator is working. I must have a short in my electrical system. I wonder if any one has any electrical short in their Trooper 11 88
2.6 L and where was it at.

wow thats an extreme battery drain....for just over night. it almost sounds like somethings staying on even when the car is off, id say look at all the obvious first, lights radio ect, if u have aftermarket radio with amps, make sure there off, make sure the battery is actually holding a charge, and im not sure if ur truck has one but mayb fuseable link is poped and not letting the alt charge the battery through out the day. i am intrested to hear what the out come is, keep me informed and good luck!

 

I find that the ciagarette lighter does not turn off when ignation switch is on off. Can you check to see if this is normal in your trooper. I pulled out the fuse to my ciggarette lighter.

hey Willbee where in the world did you find the fuse for the lighter. my lighter went out and I can't find the fuse to see if that is the problem. I found the fuse box in the engine but there isn't a place in the diagram for the cig lighter

 

Check your 15 amp fuses in the box and see if any were burned out.
If so replace it with a new fuse.

 

same thing just happened to me last night but i have a 94 z28.....something shorted out and my radio and power windows dont work....the fuses for the radio look fine and i cant tell on the windows becuase its this big 30 amp fuse...so its my BCM?

Wrist Wrap | The look of abundance continues to be a prominent theme in jewelry design as well as in jewelry stylings this season and into the fall. This is the reverse of the long-standing stylists’ trick of wrapping a necklace around a wrist to serve as a multi-strand bracelet. That trick may work just fine especially for the short duration of a photo shoot replica watches but can be less successful worn for an extended time. You may recall an incident a few years back in which red carpet host’s “bracelet” made of a necklace wrapped around her wrist gradually released and became unwoven over the course of the red carpet show. She was oblivious to the problem; some of us in the television audience watched in disbelief. Yeah you can check the fuses because mostly they are the cause of all the electrical short circuit. If you have enough skills to get access to your electrical system and cars wiring then I suggest you to check the all wiring.
