hello

so i am tring to help a friend out with his car. He went to go put down his windows and one fell down and the others would not go down. After this happend his 4x4 and rear defrost will not work i am scratching my head about this one. the power locks worked fuses seem good what would cause all of this to go out at once?? anyone else ever had this problem.
