Stiff suspension - newbie question
 

Hello all. Just got an 89, first Amigo. Thing rides extremely hard Is that usual.? I have had some rough riding vehicles this is the worst so far. I am in Mexico and the roads are rough. Would bad shocks make the ride really terrible, and the ride on rough roads is baddddd. Can I soften up the rear by removing a couple of spring leaves??
