Hi folks

I'm in sunny Northern California mountain country with a project.

I'm new to the forum and this is my first post and I am in search of some help.

I have a 1990 trooper with a manual transmission and a 2.8L v6.

I need to pull the V6 and would like to leave the trans in place.

I can't seem to find any videos or written descriptions of the process anywhere.

Does the trans mount need to be removed and the trans lifted prior to the pull or can it be left alone and still have enough clearance?

How much of the exhaust needs to come off for the pull?
