My 84 year old father likes to tinker with our old Rodeo, but sometimes he gets the urge to take it for a spin when he thinks he can get away with it. He has had a couple strokes and shouldn't be driving, but it seems it seems to be a good hobby for him to still be able to tinker under the hood and such. What is the best way to disable this car so that he can't ever drive it without him knowing we have done this?
