Rodeo takes a Nissan Xterra Fuel Pressure Regulator...???
Just received a Fuel Pressure Regulator from RockAuto that's completely different from what's on the car! Doing a Google search with the part number on my original FPR, "Hitachi MPDB20-20A", it looks like it's used on early 2000's Nissan Xterras! I would have though Honda Passport, but Xterra??? Weird thing is that all the auto part stores and websites also indicate the WRONG part number and incorrect picture!
Has anyone replaced their FPR? Do you remember what you used?
Rodeo FPR as listed by RockAuto and others:

Xterra FPR:

Thanks!

2004 Isuzu Rodeo S 3.2 DPR different???
Hello, I know this is a very old thread. I have an 04 Rodeo (May 2004) and I am on the same situation. The FPR installed on my car is the Hitachi mpdb20-20a. It is an entire unit instead of the split design I was execting. Upon researching, It seems like my car is using a similar FPR to the one used on the Rodeos from before 3/98. How did you end replacing it? I want to take advantage I am already fixing several fuel leaks fromt the rubber hoses back there, so the FPR replamcent is very easy to complete.
