Had mine since newOct 2000--its done nearly 120,000km now...After about 2 years it started intermittent slight roughish driving from about 1300 to 1900 rpm in either 3rd or 4th gear in Torque Convertor Lock-Up Mode...Here in Australia, GMH did a whole pile of warranty work to it and it would be ok for a short while and then the fault/s would return...Now they're saying its a CHARATERISTIC of these cars----BIG COP-OUT FOR SURE---...Now there's a dangerous twist..On 3 occasions, Dec04, May06 & a few days ago the engine revs out by itself and takes a second or so before the revs come back to normal...A few days ago it nearly caused me to rear-end the car in front of me....Any of you have these vehicles drive a little rough and simply think its just because its a diesel?...Well dont leave it at that, I've driven 2 others like mine and they drove very well....Look forward to some comments.
