Where is wiper relay on Stylus, Storm?
#1
Good Day,
I'm working on adding an intermittent wiper controller to my '91 Geo
Storm. I removed a wiper controller with the intermittent button and
the little fast-slow wheel from an Isuzu Stylus. I also took out the
dashboard and the wiring harness. That was 2 hours of sheer hooplah fun
and a few minor cuts.
Still! I could not find the wiper relay! It's supposed to be near
the computer. Is it behind or above the computer? Is it black plastic
or steel? And why, oh why is that thing buried in the nether regions of
my dashboard where I can't even see it?
And does anyone know how I would handle the wiring part of this? The
wiring harness has many connectors for the gauge box, headlight buttons
and wiper controls. The other end has 4 connectors. A black connector
goes to the fuse box and 3 others go to a white frame with a few other
connectors.
And somehow a few wires have to run from the relay to one of those junctions.
Thank you much and have a cool day, Anthon y
