speedometer was working fine...parked overnight and the next morning the speedometer wasn't working....

is there a relay or fuse for it?

I have changed both parts(speed sensor and the speedometertrasmitter)on the rear oftransmission, but didn't fix it..

It is a 1994 rodeo 6 cyclinder, electronic transmission, 2 wheel drive.

thanks

I've got the problem, but this forum seems to be 99% reporting problems and only 1% providing solutions. Either of you figured it out, or are we just 3 folks driving these beasts depending on folks around us to let us know what the correct velocity is?????

1994 Trooper 6cyl manual trans. My speedometer does not work when I first start then after 5 to 30 minutes it will start working. I bought a GPS and use it's MPH function. I pencileon my dash an RPM to MPH list for the important speeds, school zones, general speeds.

so now 4 of us

i am having a simular issue, i just got on here, mine is when the car gets hot (from driving) the speedo will bounce around and eventually just drop to zero... i thinkin its also because my trans fluid was low, but i am not sure yet
