I have a '91 Amigo 2.6L 4WD and want to tow it behind a RV, I can't get specific answers about the transfer case. On other 4X4s, the transfer case has a neutral position on the Amigo it doesn't. although you can find a spot where it is indeed in neutral.

Will it try to slip back into gear if towed? Will the transfer case lubricate OK? Any good information would be greatly appreciated!

I just had to replace the transmission in my 89 Amigo because I towed it with the rear wheels on the ground. Gutted the transfer case.
