Hello people new to the forum I have a 99amigo that I have had for 6 years runs great exept for a small idle problem. when i am driving and I slow down and come to a stop the idle seems to drop like it wants to die out but doesnt then it goes up and down for a few second then goes back to normal. Ihave had the EGR valve replaced by the dealer but still does same thing . Anyone here have same problem? any input gladly appreciated thanks.

same thing with my 98 amigo, im replacing the coil pack this weekend, ill let u know how it turns out
I actually had this problem, and did alot of searching online to figure it out. Well I came to a site that said that the factory grounds are inadequate for the computers. Anyways I added 2 short grounds, one from the battery to the body and one from the body to the engine block. Anyways it worked, Ive been driving it for about 3 weeks since then and not once has it stalled or even had rough idle. Idles great right at 500-600 rpms.
Try it, its cheap and might work for you

Hey guys, new here. With that idle problem did you look at the IAC Motor? (Idle Air Control)
