1996 trooper climate control panel

I have a 1996 trooper and My climate control panel is not getting any juice, nothing works, checked current at fuse block and a/c fuse and blower fuse have no juice, any idea where to go from here?, Thanks Matt

get a haynes o rchilton manual,an check the pwr sources,does the blower run?

well didnt test it I figured that if the fuse wasn't getting power the blower wouldn't get it ether, I read on another forum that a bad alt can shut off none essential electronics like blower and A/C . If this is the case I think that my bad alt could be the solution, Just got the troop last week and trying to sort out all the problems, Thanks Matt
