Can anybody help with stalling rodeos? Mine and two of my co-workers all have the same problem. They stall! Mine is a 2002 3.2L 5sp Rodeo with 54K on it. It started stalling around 30K. It's been to the dealer twice. The EGR valve has been cleaned and even replaced with a new one last mont. Still stalling!! After about 20 minutes of continuous driving it runs just fine, but during the first 10 minutes or so if I turn on the AC and stop the car will stall. However if I leave the AC off and stop the tach. will drop to about 500 rpm and bounce back up but it won't cut off. What the heck is going on? I have no check engine lights on and my local dealer is totally lost..

 

You should change your fuel filter. If that doesn't work then it could be the fuel pressure regulator. Hope this helps.
